Who processes your data
Lumecoding is the controller of the data sent through this site. Contact: contato@lumecoding.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and your message. We do not ask for identification documents, account details or any sensitive information — if you are about to put something like that in the message, please do not.
Site audience measurement is aggregated and cookie-free: we count page views and button clicks, without identifying who visited.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your message and carry the commercial conversation forward. We do not sell, rent or hand over your data. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to whoever contacts us, under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
Who we share it with
Only the providers running our email, form and hosting infrastructure, and only as far as needed for your message to reach us.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as the commercial conversation lasts, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that we delete it — or earlier, if you ask.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contato@lumecoding.com and we answer within 15 days.
Demo environments
The web app and back office demos use fictional data. Do not open a real account or enter true personal data there: they exist so you can see the product working, and nothing in them is an actual financial operation.
